This is a deadstock, brand new item released in the 2016 Fall/Winter collection.
I purchased two, and I have kept this one carefully stored without use. I have not even tried it on.
Rest assured, this is 100% authentic.
The color is navy. It's a dark navy, very close to black.
(The navy version has a red "new york" logo embroidery, while the black version has blue embroidery, so this item is navy.)
This neck gaiter is made of soft-touch Polartec fleece. The classic logo is embroidered on the front. A woven label is on the back.
Polartec fleece neck gaiters are released regularly, but the sophisticated design with the classic logo is simple and easy to use for both men and women.
